Directions for use:

We recommend you follow all 3 steps in this kit once a week to keep feet in tip top condition. Rescue Me can also be applied 2-3 times per week depending on the condition of your feet

Step 1 - Begin by massaging Totally Soaked softening foot gel onto feet without rinsing. For a more intensive treatment, wrap with cling film after massaging and leave in place for 10 minutes

Step 2 - Apply Down'n Dirty foot scrub over Totally Soaked  and massage feet for 2-3 minutes. Use a pumice stone where necessary. Rinse and pat dy

Step 3 - Apply a layer of Rescue Me intensive foot repair creme and massage in gently until absorbed. For a more intensive treatment, apply before bed and wear white cotton socks until morning
